About Me

My name is Dan “Ski” Shibilski and I’ve been assisting transitioning veterans for the last 2 years. I spent 28 years in the United States Air Force as an “All Source Intelligence Analyst” before retiring in 2022 at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. I currently work for a Fortune 100 company where I have been tapped to facilitate leadership development for future executives & provide quality and process improvement management.

After going through my own transition I felt there was so much information I didn’t know or things I wish I would have focused more time on. Although successful, I felt there just had to be a better way. I started Honor & Purpose to help fill that gap and I am happy to have you on the journey!

As with most successful people, I am fortunate to have the support of an amazing wife, Amy, who has been there for me my entire Air Force career and has helped keep me focused, grounded, and motivated! Our two children are our biggest success stories with one in medical school and the other learning how to save our oceans!
